The project Bagnoli Futura rises in the area of the Hotel Nesis from whose terrace you can view the whole area The dream seems to become truth each day: the conclusion of the works is expected for the first months of 2010; the complex “Porta del Parco”, is the milestone of the transformation project of Bagnoli-Coroglio, a project aimed to the requalifications of the touristic and cultural resources of the area. The complex, located within the ex Italsider Establishment area, will host a Wellness Center of 7.600 sqmt, and will be characterized by two levels: the first floor where there will be a foyer with reception and offices, the pool area, the sauna and the area for whirlpool treatments, the fitness room, the vitamin bar, the shop and hairdresser and a downstairs multipurpose area with halls of different sizes, an auditorium with 300 seats , offices and showrooms for more than 1.600 sqmt, parking lots with a capacity of 600 seats and finally a Cafeteria of 300 square meters. All the activities are situated near a pedestrian square, from which it is possible to enjoy the panorama of the Bay of Naples from Nisida to Capo Miseno.
